UNSW Digital Health Hub

The multidisciplinary Digital Health Hub enhances the ability for researchers to visualise and creatively interpret data for improved decision-making.

The Digital Health Hub provides clinical and other researchers better access to high-performance computing and advanced data visualisation tools. It provides a secure space where sensitive data can be safely projected onto a large 7.3m wide data wall, along with tools to review, analyse, and interpret complex datasets.

Data can be kept within the Hub leveraging our existing storage and High Performance Computing systems. It serves as a collaborative space to explore imaging and data relationships in fields such as medicine, engineering, and climate science.

The facility is managed by UNSW’s Research Technology Services (ResTech) group, comprised of the Compute, Data and Community teams which deliver research data storage, computing and software solutions capable of handling vast amounts of information.

In addition to cutting-edge computational tools and resources, ResTech offers personalised support and training through workshops and seminars. By partnering with our national research organisations, ResTech ensures UNSW researchers have access to state-of-the-art infrastructure, like high performance computing, to empower and advance their research.
