UNSW Health Translation Hub Seminar Room
Overview
The UNSW Health Translation Hub Seminar Room is a dedicated events space for education and research activities, collaboration and external engagement.
The seminar room is a self-serviced space which can be booked for health-related workshops, seminars, panels and forums, conferences. The space will be set for cluster 72 pax and can accommodate up to 120 pax in theatre style.
The HTH Seminar Room can be booked by sending an enquiry via the below link. Bookings will be approved via the Venue and Event Services team should they meet the space use criteria and the space is available. Please ensure that you include a detailed overview of your event via the enquiry form so this can be reviewed.
Booking Criteria:
- Activities must align with UNSW’s mission to improve health outcomes locally and globally.
- Events should foster collaboration, innovation, or research translation and education.
- Use must respect the shared, collaborative nature of the Health Translation Hub
Booking Inclusions:
- The HTH Seminar room
- The adjacent reheat kitchen for catering
- A small breakout area directly outside the seminar room is available for informal networking or mingling before or after your event
This area is limited to the space immediately outside the room only; the foyer and courtyard are not event spaces and are not available for use - Tables (rectangle) and chairs set in cluster styles of 88 pax
- Inbuilt AV (Audio-Visual) equipment including two screens, two lecterns and lectern microphones.
- The HTH Seminar room is a Microsoft Teams enabled space.
