This Variation Agreement should be used where UNSW is seeking to amend an existing agreement (Principal Agreement). This agreement can be used for the following type of variations/amendments:

  1. Changes to project start or end dates
  2. Increase in funding (incoming funds)
  3. Increase in fees payable (outgoing funds)

The Research Grants & Contracts office can assist with preparing a Variation Agreement and would be executed by the Director of Research Grants and Contracts.
