While Bluebottles are responsible for thousands of stings every year, little is known about their journey before stranding on our beaches. With the new knowledge that there are five different species of Bluebottles, we need to understand how they differ in origin, seasonality, and how their trajectories can be modelled.
This project uses observations and numerical modelling to provide insights into the population dynamics of the different Bluebottle species.
