Hamed Lamei Ramandi is a senior lecturer and multidisciplinary researcher with experience in science and engineering. His expertise spans digital rock analysis, fractured media, geomechanics, and underground excavation, with specialised skills in ground assessment, ground support, and automation in mining and tunnelling.
Hamed drives innovative solutions for complex geological challenges in mineral extraction and tunnelling. Recently, he served as Geological/Geotechnical Section Lead in one of Sydney roadway tunnel constructions. He has also provided expert geological assessment and ground support solutions for underground mines.
