About

Xiyue earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and Finance from The University of Melbourne, a Master of Finance from The University of Hong Kong, and an MPhil in Financial Technology from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou).

Prior to joining the University of New South Wales, his research focused on financial technology, with particular emphasis on decentralised finance (DeFi). He is currently expanding his research into asset pricing, with a growing interest in alternative investments.
