Archibus Mobile app
UNSW uses the Archibus Web Central desktop application for facility management works and space management.
Archibus offers a mobile application (available for Android or IOS mobile devices) which can be used to connect to the UNSW Archibus Web Central system, allowing service providers to view work requests assigned to their company, and allowing the update of work request details in real-time via the mobile application.
In order to be able to use the Archibus Mobile application at UNSW, users will first need to have a valid UNSW zID and zPass. Please talk to your assigned Estate Management staff member to arrange for this.
Important information about the Archibus Mobile App
The Archibus Mobile App is designed for use by UNSW service providers to manage and complete requests in the field.
UNSW staff should not use the mobile app to log maintenance requests. To report a maintenance issue, please use the Report a Problem page in the desktop version of Archibus.
