The contract period is only offering Term 1 for 2026. Please carefully consider the contract length before reapplying for Jacaranda Hall in 2026.
Weekly rates are for 2026 and are expected to change.
Due to major renovations occuring at Jacaranda Hall, the contract period offered is only for Term 1 (from 4 February 2026 to 15 May 2026). If you do apply, you will need to arrange for alternative housing arrangements for Term 2 and Term 3.
Please refer to the room chart above for more detailed information. Note: The premium deluxe studio includes an accessible bathroom. Residents living in a multi-share standard apartment will have their own bedroom (with same-gender roommates).
