Pratik Chowdhury

I am a full time PhD student researching in the field of Quantum Computing and Computational Physics. I have completed my undergraduate degree and postgraduate degrees in Physics from Jadavpur University in Kolkata, India with a specialization in Condensed Matter Physics.

Project: Multiscale, Multiphysics simulation of hole quantum dot devices.

Project description: I use large scale computer models and supercomputers to simulate quantum dot systems with atomic detail in realistic qubit devices using tight-binding and finite element methods in order to understand qubit properties and design novel and error-free qubit devices.
