Analysing Evidence of Service Delivery in Papua New Guinea
Longitudinal data analysis and the design of a prototype public expenditure and service delivery platform.
Longitudinal data analysis and the design of a prototype public expenditure and service delivery platform.
Analysing Papua New Guinea’s service delivery in health and education remains challenging due to geographic and cultural diversity, fragmentation of systems, limited longitudinal analysis, and the absence of an integrated analytical platform. Without consistent trend and thematic analysis across time and sectors, policymakers and practitioners lack the evidence needed to track performance, understand expenditure impacts, and design more effective, accountable services.
This project brings together advanced data analytics and systems design to unlock the value of existing and new service delivery and public expenditure datasets. By combining longitudinal trend analysis, in-depth thematic analysis, and the design of a prototype public expenditure and service delivery platform, the project will create robust evidence base and a sustainable foundation for future analytical capability.
