Executive Indigenous Leaders Program (EILP)

Cultivating the next generation of future, senior Indigenous business leaders

Together with private and public organisations across Australia, Elevate RAP has collaborated with AGSM, to offer a ground-breaking opportunity that will cultivate the next generation of Indigenous business leaders. The Executive Indigenous Leaders Program (EILP) focusses on developing executive-ready Indigenous future leaders.

The EILP is designed to provide executive level leadership development to high performing Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander managers. Participants are typically in established management roles and may have been identified as possessing senior level potential. For many organisations this represents their middle to senior management strata.

In 2026, the EILP will cater to two distinct groups: established leaders with considerable experience and those who are new to leadership or developing their leadership capability. Participants will spend time both with the entire cohort as well as their group, with two groups running concurrently between the strategic challenge and organisational change study project pathways.

The program consists of 5 modules spanning 12 days throughout May to November 2026. It offers a variety of learning experiences including experiential learning in Darwin NT, Sydney NSW, and hybrid digitised and classroom learning.

Key learning outcomes:
